DY is still in MUC, but relatively expensive. They fly to a lot of sun&sand destination but ask for the same price (~300€/pax) as Lufty.

The new EW/AB timetable is slowly coming in ahead of the launch on 22DEC and squarely aimed at U2/DY/HV/VY:

MUC-CTA 2/7
MUC-AMS 6/7
MUC-BSL 6/7
MUC-CAG 1/7
MUC-FAO 2/7
MUC-GVA 6/7
MUC-HER 2/7
MUC-IBZ 2/7
MUC-STN 6/7
MUC-NAP 2/7
MUC-NCE 5/7
MUC-OLB 3/7
MUC-PMI 5/7
MUC-CDG 6/7
MUC-FCO 5/7
MUC-GLA 2/7
MUC-EDI 2/7
Thanks for the update, really interesting...

Does that mean that LH will pull out of the routes that are going to be served by EW/AB out of MUC (and other stations)?

I think they had to agree to that as part of the AB/EW deal. In any case I think the EW/AB flights will go head to head with HV/VY/DY/U2 flights.

Will the EW/AB flights be operated out of T2 or will they stay in their old AB habitat T1A?

Thx!

Maybe they get access to the 'exclusive waiting area' of AB

More EW means for HONs no FCL in MUC another small enhancement

No longer than 3 years I assume. Based on instinct not facts yet.
With less than two weeks to go and Trump Land fighting actively against the attractiveness of the ME3 .... what's the outlook from here?

TK is really struggling right now, with a 10-20% reduction in international traffic after years of double digit growth. Which shouldn't kill them, considering the latter, but they have 30-40 new aircraft on order for the next two years...

In other news some analysts now talk of a 20€ target for the LHA:GR stock.

I had an interesting chat with a LH purser in the last days. She said that they have been presented with the new business seat (concept). It will come with the 777 in 2020 and will have different business class seats - not one standard seat anymore for one business class cabin. Some will be more closed up than others.

I wonder if they do different pricing for this too (this is my comment).

It looks as though the new seat will be LH Group wide.....but 3 years is an infinity in this business!
