Hi everybody,
I am trying to determine whether there currently was a more confortable lounge for C/*G pax flying LX/LH out of MIA. I am not a great fan of the overcrowded Avianca lounge which I have been using so far.
Has anyone recent experience with one of the other lounges that are accessible to *G or eventually priority pass? According to *G listing, there are in addition to the Avianca lounge: "Club America", "Delta Sky Club" and "VIP Lounge", all being contracted lounges. At first glance, they do not seem more appealing than the Avianca lounge...

and on another note, I would welcome a LX or LH lounge in MIA. To my knowledge, there are currently 2 LH, 1 or 2 (season dependant) LX and 1 OS daily flights. This should be sufficient to justify the opening of a C lounge.

In Miami it is generally impossible to move airside between terminals, except some exceptions, and regardless the other lounges are nothing special. Even if you fly Air France La Premiere you get the Delta SkyClub in concourse H which is just ok. The best lounge in Mia is probably the Centurion in D, always crowded though (they announced an expansion) but out of reach if you fly LH/LX.

Thanks for the info. I will try Delta Sky Club next time LX departs from H.
LH group should consider opening a lounge there, save a few bucks that it currently spents on Avianca and get a few bucks from third party carrier passengers.

On my last trip was with LX C (and no *G status), I could only access the Avianca lounge. My next trip is with LH (with *G status). I will attempt to enter the so called VIP Lounge (which is not LATAM anymore if I am not mistaken). I wanted to try the Delat SkyClub loung following afmiami's comment on 28 August, but this lounge does not appear anylonger on the *G directory.
