It all depends... 2 x 6.000 miles for €50 is not that bad a deal. But the miles will be in two accounts, and you need a partner that can use an extra credit card.

Westbahn (Austria)

8 miles per Euro AND 20% discount - this nice offer is available until the end of the year for tickets bought online (!) with the Austian private railway company Westbahn.

https://www.miles-and-more.com/onlin...l=de&cid=18001

http://www.westbahn.at

You have to show your Miles&More Card to the conductor as well!

Westbahn provides trains between Salzburg and Vienna for less € than the incumbent ÖBB.

Westbahn has a sister company Westbus that offers bustravel within Austria and to Berlin, Bratislava, Budapest, Ceske Budeovice, Dresden, Prague and Zagreb. I hope their drivers have a better sense of geography than their webdesigner.

You can collect miles on Westbus as well, but I don't know if the 8 miles/€ and the 20% discount promotion is valid on Westbus as well.

Are there any promotions with double status miles? Apart from Mychoice?

Does the 25% bonus for status members also apply on The triple miles and double miles?

There were status miles promotions in the last few years but I haven't heard of any this year (apart from MyChoice). They were initially targeted but anybody could take part later IIRC. Interesting that they are making M&M status less attractive and at the same time making it more difficult to achieve status.

You will get 325% or 225% miles but not 375% or 250%.

Not at this time.... there is a double award miles promo for Y flights to Asia, but currently no status mile promo's that I'm aware of.
There have been promo's this year, in April/May there was a double status miles promo for flights to Asia.

You will get 325% or 225% miles but not 375% or 250%.
Same rule I suppose for flying first or business on UA for example.

First Is 300%, so it will be 325%?

LANGHAM - special offer for FTL to get higher status in their program.

On webesite M&M for FTL, in section - Exclusive offers, there is a special offer from Langham to get higher status in their program after via link (given on the website) - https://1865.langhamhotels.com/enrolment.aspx?IC=MMFTL.

But doesn't work, the invitation code is invalid.

Any suggestions?

The strange part is that there doesn't seem to be any details available, just a broad statement "Valid for flights between 1 September and 30 November 2012 - Double award miles on all flights in Economy Class". Normally they specify which countries and/or which flights are eligible.

How long for this to post?

I took a flight to DXB last week and the normal miles have posted but not the promotional ones. DXB is in Asia and I couldn't see any restrictions on which countries were included in the promo.

They posted a few weeks after the original mileage credit, but were added to the original entry. So if I hadn't looked into my account for a few weeks after the flights, I would think that they have all posted at the sametime.

I also doubt DXB is in Asia as far as LH is concerned. They aren't talking about continents, but about regions.

HTB.
