Anyone Getting Statements?
My wife and I have not gotten statements in over a year, despite the fact that we have put several hotel stays and other points onto our accounts (to keep them from expiring). Anyone else getting statements regularly? are they only providing statements if you fly?
Sending another written request for statement today. (my last two telephone requests and last written request did not result in getting a statement.)

No statements for me since the bonus was credited, and I've had hotel stays, car rentals, and even paid flights. Similar stories for my friends who earned the bonus.
As I noted previously, my friends who didn't earn the bonus are getting regular statements even though they're not posting transactions.
It's hard not to conclude that this is intentional on the part of LP. I'm supposing that they're hoping people will forget about their balances and/or the fact that miles expire after 36 months without activity.
I've had them confirm over the phone that my transactions have posted to keep my account fresh--but then again I've had LP confirm other facts over the phone only to later deny them in writing and actions. This makes me a little nervous about what's going on here.
How else can this be explained?

I received my statement by FAX yesterday from LP. Call up and leave a message (good luck on actually speaking to a live body), and provide a FAX number to send your statement.
They seemed reluctant to mail the statement.
This was my first statement since the 1M bonus.
Also, if you are staying at Hilton they are giving 1,500 LP miles until Nov. 30 per HHonors stay. Just in case your miles are dwindling

What does a LatinPass Statement look like? This is why I throw my points to Hilton and am not waiting for GlobalPass it is an issue of integrety.

I have had no problem getting a statement mailed when I call. They don't seem to mail them otherwise. I will be glad when my remaining 400K are safely in Hhonors.

I haven't received a statement from LatinPass since 2000, but they did email me one yesterday when I requested an update of my account activity.
