I received my statement by FAX yesterday from LP. Call up and leave a message (good luck on actually speaking to a live body), and provide a FAX number to send your statement.

They seemed reluctant to mail the statement.
This was my first statement since the 1M bonus.

Also, if you are staying at Hilton they are giving 1,500 LP miles until Nov. 30 per HHonors stay. Just in case your miles are dwindling .
