$125 all in at Mirage sounds very good, and you'll have a very nice center Strip location.

I just walked through on Sunday - the place looked like a construction site. I can't even imagine what the few number of people gambling there are thinking.

Temporary walls everyone and pretty much every retail venue is covered.

Don't stay here. Water went out all night and into the morning with no warning from hotel. Rooms are very cheaply redone and are already showing wear and tear even though the rebranded hotel hasn't even opened yet. Rooms have connecting doors and you can hear every sound from every room around you. Shower handle fell off. Staff was rude. Just go anywhere else.

Stayed in the new park room for one night then moved over to the Palazzo. The park room was so so, kind of a weird remodel. Not sure I'm a huge fan of the whole park theme in general, throw some green on a outdated hotel isn't going to make it that much better.

Every third ad in my Twitter feed is for the "new" Park MGM. I can't for the life of me tell who this hotel is for. People who absolutely, positively must sleep in the same building as an Eataly outpost?

MGM has said they're targeting rates of $300+ at this place. From the pictures, it looks *very* similar to the Delano but apparently at 2-3x the price. Seems smarter to either save money at the Delano or spend the same amount at the Cosmo.

The quality of the remodel is absolutely abysmal and there is no way that anyone with a choice will spend $300 at the Park MGM (the only reason anyone will stay here is if they didn't read the reviews or everything else is sold out or they are dying to be next to the Park complex). In the professional pictures the rooms look decent, but then you get into one and the cut corners are visible everywhere. Very cheap tile and paint work, stained carpeting, and no desk or coffee machine or any other amenities. The air-conditioning quits in the middle of the night so you wake up sweating (Tripadvisor is full of reviews mentioning this issue). The rooms are dusty. The noise from other rooms and the hallway is deafening. Honestly, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one was horrible, at any price point.

Yeesh. I don't think there could be any bigger failing for a Vegas hotel than faulty air conditioning.

I parked at MC ($25) for the Golden Knights game at TMO across the street and walked down to the lobby to wait for a friend.

If you're not a people person, this place is good, because the check-in staff are now automated kiosks.

I am with you on preferring to read news on paper rather than a tablet! you know they want you on the casino floor, not reading an old-time newspaper!
