They are in the middle of major construction. There's no pool, the casino is crammed into a reduced space, most restaurants are closed. How cheap would it have to be to make you even consider staying there? There are so many other options in Vegas.

I just walked through on Sunday - the place looked like a construction site. I can't even imagine what the few number of people gambling there are thinking.
Temporary walls everyone and pretty much every retail venue is covered.
