The quality of the remodel is absolutely abysmal and there is no way that anyone with a choice will spend $300 at the Park MGM (the only reason anyone will stay here is if they didn't read the reviews or everything else is sold out or they are dying to be next to the Park complex). In the professional pictures the rooms look decent, but then you get into one and the cut corners are visible everywhere. Very cheap tile and paint work, stained carpeting, and no desk or coffee machine or any other amenities. The air-conditioning quits in the middle of the night so you wake up sweating (Tripadvisor is full of reviews mentioning this issue). The rooms are dusty. The noise from other rooms and the hallway is deafening. Honestly, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one was horrible, at any price point.
