E-mail in Dutch from KLM

Can anyone tell me what this e-mail is all about? Every other communication I have had from them has been in English.

Volgens onze informatie heeft u of iemand anders in uw omgeving in de afgelopen maand minimaal n keer per e-mail contact opgenomen met de KLM Helpdesk. Wij zouden het erg op prijs stellen indien diegene die contact heeft gehad met de KLM Helpdesk zijn of haar ervaringen met ons zou willen delen. Met behulp van de antwoorden kan KLM beter tegemoet komen aan de wensen van haar klanten.

Uw mening is voor ons van zeer groot belang. Wij zouden het dan ook erg op prijs stellen indien u de moeite zou willen nemen om bijgaande vragenlijst in te vullen. Het duurt ongeveer 10 minuten.

OK, I've done the survey and told them EXACTLY what I think of their "Help" desk.

What does the message body say though?

KLM wants to improve the service quality offered by the KLM Helpdesk to FD members. Your opinion can contribute to the best possible functioning of the Helpdesk. Working towards this, KLM has engaged TNS NIPO to do research amoung the FD members who have had e-mail contact with the Helpdesk.

According to our information you or someone else in your area has had e-mail contact with the KLM Helpdesk at least once in the last month. We would be over the moon if the person who had contact with the Helpdesk could share his or her experience with us. With the help of this feedback KLM will be better able to meet the needs of her customers.

Your opinion in *very* important to us. We would be *really* over the moon if you could take the trouble to complete the attached list of questions. It will take about 10 mins.
