KLM wants to improve the service quality offered by the KLM Helpdesk to FD members. Your opinion can contribute to the best possible functioning of the Helpdesk. Working towards this, KLM has engaged TNS NIPO to do research amoung the FD members who have had e-mail contact with the Helpdesk.

According to our information you or someone else in your area has had e-mail contact with the KLM Helpdesk at least once in the last month. We would be over the moon if the person who had contact with the Helpdesk could share his or her experience with us. With the help of this feedback KLM will be better able to meet the needs of her customers.

Your opinion in *very* important to us. We would be *really* over the moon if you could take the trouble to complete the attached list of questions. It will take about 10 mins.
