Study Flying Blue
Hi everyone,
I am a Master student at Tilburg University. For my master thesis i am conducting a survey to gather insights from Flying Blue members. The aim of the study is to see if and to what extent negative news affects customers differently (members vs non members). Your feedback will help us understand the experiences and perspectives of KLM's loyalty program participants.
The survey takes just a few minutes to complete, and your responses will remain anonymous.
If you're interested, please click the link below to start the survey. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!

I have done your survey.
I think it would have been better if you disclosed in advance that the survey has absolutely nothing to do with flying blue, but is actually about environmental concerns and KLMs actions in that area.

Hey, that is not the aim of the study. However, revealing the real goal of the survey beforehand may bias the answers respondents give. Since you've already filled it in, i can tell you more about the study in a private environment if you're interested? (i don't know if this website has private messages)
