Award flights not searchable?

Award flights not searchable?
For the past 2 days, I can't search any award flights on either the KLM or Air France websites - nothing is clickable. Cash flight searches are fine. Tried the KLM app - couldn't search anything on awards yesterday either, but today seems to work. Is anyone else experiencing any issues? I tried different browsers and different users - no dice.

Your mileage balance at Flying Blue is 0?

I just read somewhere KLM restricted search access - those without any miles at all on their account are excluded from searching.

It's been some days now, I think they're working on it, however, I have a balance of 300K+ and for me it's also greyed out so I don't think they exclude people with zero balances.

I am not at 0, though only at 500 miles left over from prior flight. If this is also an issue for some others, at least I know that it's not something wrong with my account or my browsers

Yes I had the same problem, first it showed balance as zero then proper balance but unable to enter any data. After trying both AF and KL on different browsers I managed it on my iphone

I have loads of miles but for 2 days around 21-23 January could not access the award booking pages. It works again now. Probably some IT problem for a day or 2.
