According sources at KLM remaining A330-300 will be refurbished april-june. A330-200 is expected to be finished by mid November.
Besides new seating in WBC and Economy on -200 aircraft wifi (Gogo) will be installed.
Certification seemed time consuming but they are getting ahead fast now with the next aircrafts.

Does anyone have an updated seatmap already? I can't find it on klm.com and playing with seat maps during bookings doesn't show it either.

Don't think it's possible to tell by the seat map - isn't the layout the same between old and new?

I think the layout is the same, yes. They got rid of some J seats a while ago, so AFAIK there's only 3 rows of J in both the old and new cabins.
I wouldn't be surprised if they squeezed a few extra economy seats in, but even so, the A330 is my favourite plane to fly on in economy as a couple.

Due to AF strike, switched on to KL 672 YUL-AMS on Wednesday. Normally this is a A332 route but on certain days it gets an A333. Wed it is slotted for PHAKF ....fingers crossed I get one of the updated A330s. They only have 5 in the darn fleet....I'll let you know.

Acccording to my own tracking of aircraft inactivity for longer periods via Flightradar24, this should be the current status:

PH-AOA
PH-AOB
PH-AOC
PH-AOD done
PH-AOE done

Looks like a 50-50 chance to score the new seats

Good that there's a few more 332's done as well. It was always a bit ambiguous whether KLM would be re-fitting the rest of the 332's later this year after they'd finished the 333's, or whether they'd be doing them in parallel. Fingers crossed for my flight to YEG in mid-July. Burning my hard-earned miles while they're still worth something!
