There is currently no schedule for converting the Airbuses.
The conversion of 22 B747s will take up until next April. After that, they will commence with the conversion of 15 B777-200s which will in all likelihood take them into 2015.

Saw today that the first A330-300 has the new WBC installed. PH-AKA. There are only a few A333 in the fleet so why does take until July to be completed?!
was hoping to get the new seat in February on a flight to BON

Probably as with the 777, the first bird to get the new installation requires extensive certification, after which the conversion can be done at the pace of one each month.
Also, where did you see that? This is the first I'm hearing of it and there is no updated seat map on KLM.com.
Edit: I find an article on insideflyer.nl (https://insideflyer.nl/world-busines...an-747-en-777/) that states in bold letters that the same seat is installed as on the B777/B747… and then shows pictures of a wildly different seat. To be fair that was somewhat expected as the BE/A Diamond Seat in the same configuration as on the B777 would be too wide.

As far as I can tell, KLM is indicating Jan-Nov as the period in which you may (but or not guaranteed to) get a lie-flat seat on an A332 flight.

In either case, it's not the newest seat from the 787 which was expected considering the low premium configuration on the A330's.

It looks like the seat they're using on the A330s is a newer version of the parallel Diamond seat, similar to the one on Ethiopian's A350s (see https://thepointsguy.com/2017/03/ins...ines-a350-900/)

I wonder, then, if they will later also put this seat in their A350s or go with the Cirrus for that one.
