EB reduced to the minimum two rows, all eight seats open. Economy seems to be wide open too.
Given the unusual price (never seen that amount before) I was somewhat surprised to find that the flight was heavily overbooked. It departed with EB full, of which at least four, but possibly all eight were OpUps (Woohoo! Thanks KLM!). The gate agent told me that this was par for the course this summer, with lots of upgrades at the gate.

SFO-AMS 834 euro at check-in, didn't take it. When verifying my economy comfort seating a few hours before departure, was offered again but now for 314 euro and took it. There were only 3 business seats left.
Never seen this before, with a second offer at a lower price, but I was surely happy with it!

Back in 04-2015:
AMS-YUL: BC offer for 330€ on A330-300, took it. BC occupation was 50% at check in (self service kiosk), 100% on departure.
AMS-JFK: BC offer for 850€ 5 hours before departure, went back to the self-service kiosk 1 hour later and offer dropped to 330€. Took it. Occupation was 100% (747-400)
