Lga?
Have flown JetBlue several times out of JFK, usually to FLL. Things went pretty smoothly there - their terminal is ok.
But am about totravel out oF LGA to FLL. What is the LGA JetBlue terminal like? Should I try to change to a JFK flight (LGA is much more convenient to drive to)?
Thanks

B6 doesn't have a "terminal" at LGA -- they have a couple of gates. It's just like the rest of the LGA central concourse: crowded, noisy and uncomfortable.

Welcome to FT!
Agreed with the above poster that LGA is crowded and loud...but so is jetBlue's T6 at JFK for now because it has been outgrown. Honestly, LGA is just as delay-prone as JFK (LGA with runway config. and JFK with international departures causing a long line in the late afternoon). If LGA is easier access for you, try it out and see how it goes. If you are flying on a peak travel day, then you'll experience pretty much whatever you would at any otoher airport. You should be fine...enjoy the flight!

eh... last time I flew our of LaGuardia it was really delayed... the gate was very crowded, and it wasn't all that pleasant.
I was supposed to fly out of there once again but the 9pm flight I was supposed to take was delayed till 1am... and somehow I overslept it. D'oh!
I preffer Newark

LGA is not a very user friendly airport. I hate when I have to commute in thru LGA as one, if not both, of my flights is usually delayed for flow control. Either that or you're stuck in the middle of the rush and you're #56 for departure. That airport is crammed into such a small space and has way more traffic then it was designed to handle.

While LGA is close to many areas of NYC, sometimes it is just not worth it when you consider the congestion and delays. JFK is not great with ground delays, but it is getting better and I would take it over LGA any day of the week. JetBlue is one airline (of a few) which has proved JFK has potential. EWR is another story.

Also, consider those others who live in Queens, Long Island, etc. and those connecting to international flights.

Yes and no. First, not every business person visiting NY needs to be in the actual parts of the city that is closer to LGA. Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn all have a growing business environment too. For those who do need to get to Manhattan from JFK, it is very easy to do so (and pretty fast) with the new AirTrain...and MUCH cheaper than taking a cab from LGA. For those who don't mind spending big bucks, you can fly on US Helicopter to Wall St. in 8 minutes.
