At this point, I only fly JetBlue if (1) I am using points, or (2) I have someone else book it for me through a SABRE-facing portal. Between the IT difficulties and the operational reliability issues, I'm over it. With that being said, my flight yesterday went without a hitch (other than LTV and Fly-Fi not working). But that's another complaint for another thread. -J. |

Back on topic: trying to see if I can use my points for a flight home from the MCI DO, and nothing wants to load. A.k.a. a day ending in the letter Y :rolleyes: UPDATE: foiled again, still can't combine points and Travel Bank online. I have a feeling that will never come back, and I'll be damned if I give them $5 of free money. -J. |

its funny, all my most recent flights the last few years have been on B6, i can't remember a time i didnt stress about actually booking the flight because of a website. maybe like 2018 on AA? i figure booking a reward seat or seats should be more fun and exciting then actual work honestly...

You still can't combine points and Travel Bank online. I know this isn't a "broken website" issue and is actually a devaluation, but whatever.
I just got off the phone with reservations in Manila :confused::confused: and managed to book two tickets and use up my Travel Bank. Both of these are speculative and at least one will be canceled. Ideally I will cancel both and take AA home or another option on a third day, but it's dark and I don't feel like getting up to get my credit card. I suppose I can complain that the phone line is broken as I was quoted a 4-minute wait time and I wasn't connected until nearly 30 minutes later. In other news, my two itineraries showed up on jetblue.com immediately. The new Manage Reservations format looks fantastic and (for now) seems to work really well. On one of them I was able to change my seat in less than a minute, which I'm pretty sure is unheard of. -J. |
I just spent the last two hours trying to give them $2000 dollars of my money for my bi-annual trip to GYE to no avail. First it said an error some seats might be taken, credit card wouldn’t go through etc. I will now spend the next ~48 hours or so looking for an alternative airline, even if the cost is more.

I can’t even see my trip in the app. Not just the seats but the entire thing. Says it’s an invalid record locator. On my lap top no problem. Not too reassuring though. This is normal issues for B6? Def have bad IT but don’t recall this in the past.

Not just me then. Whenerver I've tried to view my trips in the app today, it tries and never finishes loading the list of trips.
Btw I now can see it in the app as it was time to check in and from the email it took me to the app and it’s working now. |

2 hours & 52 minutes delayed on my flight. No announcements or anything. App didnt show it untili way too late. So poorly handled. I am done with this crap &%S airline.
