I have flown them twice roundtrip OAK-LAS pre lockdown (although the last time I was poignantly aware that it may be risky... I called this cluster back in early in February but already had a mid February trip booked that I ended up proceeding with).
I enjoyed all 4 flights. You can't beat the convenience, and for my fellow alcoholics there's no problem getting 4 minis on a 70 minute flight ;-)
My brother did have a significant mechanical delay once... It definitely happens. Probably less of an issue on the routes with multiple frequencies.

I guess you have not experienced an IRROP on B6 then. If there are only 1 or 2 flights daily for your destination, you are stuck and cannot be rebooked on another airline, which was my original point.

Every time I book on JSX I wonder whether I should book on the JSX site or the B6 site.
The biggest difference seems to be that if I book on the JSX site they have my contact info, which they dont seem to have when I book on the B6 site. This was important one time in the early days of JetSuiteX (6? 7? years ago) when they called me on my cell phone 15 minutes before departure to ask if I was on my way. I was just pulling into the parking lot. Not sure if being that late would work now that they are so busy, but it was amazing service.
As a Mosaic, if I book on the B6 site its very easy to cancel and Travel Bank the funds.
If I book on the B6 site I always call JSX and get a JSX locator number. Extra step, but worth it.
Any other pros and cons about which site is better to book on?

We have used them a couple of times from Ex-CCR - mucho convenient and way better experience than any mainline economy cabin. The price tends to be higher but you pay for convenience and time saved. I would not hesitate to use again.
Practice tip: if you book a minor make sure s/he has some form of government ID. My 14-yr old was almost IDBd at checkin at BUR because he only had a school ID. Of course this would not have been a problem at TSA checkpoint but there is no TSA at the JSX terminals.

I've been looking at them for this reason. I have 2 small dogs and on UA, it costs $500 r/t to bring them along. Add it to the airfare, and we're nearly at the price for JSX. Our dogs are less than 10 pounds each, so buying an extra seat isn't an issue. They've expanded on the east cost to include MCO and MIA from HPN. I wish they would add other cities. I haven't looked further north, as most states are less than an 8 hour drive from NJ.

I was supposed to fly them in March, 2022 from MIA-HPN. A week before departure they cancelled the flight. I got the credit and it was expiring so over last weekend I flew them BJC-PHX.
The BJC terminal is nice and they had free coffee in the lobby along with free Wifi. Annoyingly the flight was delayed close to 90 minutes. We still had to go through security at BJC which involved holding up your laptop as you walked through a screening device. They also forced my brother to check one of his two bags (he had a backpack and a small duffle).

The ER4 is really comfortable. The lack of overhead bins make it feel really spacious and the 1x1 seating helps a lot. The wifi was really spotty though.

I was somewhat surprised by the service. The liquor options are really low shelf and there were fewer snack items in the basket than AA or DL have.
Overall it was fun to do once but for the price I don't really think I got much value.

They cancelled the first flight and didn't give you a cash refund? I'm not sure if they are not subject to DoT rules but we all know that's BS. Interesting to see the ER4 I didn't realize they flew anything but 1x2. They used to have higher end options like Woodford Reserve. It's sad to see that the prices keep going up and the service keeps going down (including, lately, seat selection fees... gross!)
