I went ahead and contacted JetBlue. They let me know that my fare was a P fare, and thus it would earn 0 at SQ.

Thanks for the advice!


PS: Interestingly, ITA was only able to see L fare; so good to know that ITA isn't accurate for Blue Basic fare lookup.

Interesting, since as far as I know, P is not a Blue Basic fare, and that L is used for Blue Basic. P was the former lowest revenue fare bucket. I'd have to see the actual fare basis to be certain. It doesn't help that JetBlue's fare codes are opaque unless you either look at it through ITA/GDS or the Fare Restrictions page with the fare basis.
