Is this a Shinnenmabo?
Fortunately, my Thursday classes will have ended by the 22nd. Unfortunately, someone has scheduled one of those all-day meetings that Thursday.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Mabo number five.
One, two, three, four, five, everybody in the car so come on let's ride.....
To the liquor store around the corner.
The boys say they want some gin and juice but I really don't wanna.
Beerbust like I had last week.
I must stay deep 'cause talk is cheap.
I like Aiko, Panko, Sumiko and Ryoko.
And as I continue, you know they're getting sweeter.
So what can I do? I really beg you my Lord.
To me flirting is just like a sport.
Anything fly, it's all good let me dump it.
Please set it in the trumpet.
A little bit of Miho in my life,
A little bit of Emiko by my side.
A little bit of Ryoko all I need,
A little bit of Tarako all I see.
A little bit of Sachiko in the sun,
A little bit of Mami all night long.
A little bit of Junko here I am,
A little bit of you makes me your man!!!!!!!!
Mabo number five.

That is one way to ensure we get our private room.
Or June's ditty......(with a nod to Iron Maiden)
"Let him who hath understanding, reckon the number of the feast. For it is a Mabo number, its number 6 months, six days, and 6 people at least."

I'm good for the 22nd. Can't wait until we get to Mabo No. 5:

I look forward to seeing you at Mabo #1.... It might be my sobetsu-Mabo, depending on the date of the Feb. nemawashi.
[But, of course, I hope to make quite a few Tokyo trips in 2009, to keep the bear from the door, so to speak].
