Obviously not something that the regulars need to ask... but what's the rendezvous location and time?

It's not so much a question of need. Rather it's something that the regulars would never dare to ask.

YGPM.

You can meet me under the spider at Roppongi Hills, say around 11:50 am.

PM me if you need directions.

Please don't expect any Shūdō from the group.

12/4 for Mabo sounds quite a good plan.

One of our resident ANA experts will join us too. So that is a double RSVP for that day.

I'm multi-tasking the dates now. Dec 4th will be added to the OP once we get past Maboween.

Speaking of which, are there any last-minute updates?

Ok, so assuming I leave mabo in a cab at 1PM. I assume that is faster than the train, right? How long to get to the Hyatt Regency? Should be able to make a 1:35PM airport limo bus I guess, eh?

Might be better to come to Mabo by cab with your luggage and get the 1.30 bus from ANA Intercontinental Tokyo (Reserve ahead by phone).

I'm going to have to be a maboweenie and pass on the 30th. But 12/4 is a 10-4.

I agree with mabo by cabo.

ETA:

Doesn't the bus service the Grand Hyatt as well? If so, leave yr luggage at the GH & catch the bus with a short walk across the street/plaza.
