Good Robata Yaki in Tokyo
I have an overnight stay in Tokyo on a Monday (can't control the day).
Looking for a good robata yaki...good food, friendly (I haven't lived in Japan for several years but my Japanese is still passable), non-touristy is possible.
I've always been 'charmed' by the ones that pass you the food on paddles but that's not a requirement.
Recommendations?

Robata no ro - http://r.gnavi.co.jp/g325408/
Short walk up from Iidabashi station.
The restaurant on Kagurazaka dori opened last year. Its always overflowing with customers - so call ahead. The main restaurant (around the corner) has been around for longer.
Haven't tried myself yet - but a friend said it was great.
