Also, they recommend people to keep using MySOS and not to use Visit Japan Web if they are arriving before 11/6. There's a warning on the Fast Track FAQ about it being too busy in the first week and to keep using MySOS.

Does anyone how to transfer MySOS from one phone to another? I picked up a new phone that will be my primary phone in Japan, but my MySOS registration is on my work phone. On the original MySOS with the blue screen, I registered my email and a password, but when I use that on the new phone to try and log in, I get: "The email address you entered is linked to your valid passport information, so you cannot log in. [ERR40013]", which seems strange since that's the reason I'm trying to log in.
Am I forced to use my old phone for MySOS now?

I'll do this, thanks, just uncomfortable for me to make any changes a few days before travel.

crisis averted, reregistered with my new phone, took an hour like last time to get a blue screen, though this time I have a P next to blue as others had mentioned (and 青P on the questionnaire page). My original phone doesn't have the P.
