Anyone currently in Japan and using the MySOS app to check in their health status? I came to Japan and had to check in for one or two days but now the app said thank you tracking no longer needed. Wondering if anyone else is seeing that too. Thanks

Can I delete the MySOS app after I've finished using Fast Track? Only if you are required to quarantine, please keep the app installed and continue using it to report your health condition during your designated quarantine period.
If you are not required to quarantine after entering Japan, you may delete the app after you have completed immigration procedures.

I entered the basic registration info and the screen said they were emailing me a link I had to click before I could continue with registration in app. After several hours I have not received that link. I verified that they have my correct email address and that their email did not go into my junk. I would assume the email would have been sent automatically but could the reason I have not received it be that it is in the middle of the night in Japan??? Any ideas what I should do (delete app and start again??)

It's a no if the person is 13 yrs old and above. But you can register the person through MySOS Web.

Wondering this too ... My flight changed from LAX-HND to LAX-NRT but already got a blue screen a couple weeks ago. Not sure I want to mess with anything unless I absolutely have to since everything seems ready to go already...

Hmm that's bizarre...I have 4 as well and still sitting on being reviewed. Is your trip coming up in the very near future? Mine is a month away so not sure if they're prioritizing others

It says when you submit that they prioritize people with closer dates. And given that we're a week away from 10/11, it's very likely they are getting overwhelmed.
