In ended up in Genova with
Le Cicale in Cita (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/32686591-post95.html)
The Cook Cavo (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/32701935-post110.html)
23 Febbraio (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/32704769-post126.html)
and San Giorgio (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/32718269-post136.html)
All 4 restaurants delivered. If I had to choose one for a 1 night visit I would most likely dine at San Giorgio as they had many dishes on the menu I would like to try.

Glad you have enjoyed food here in Genoa. Between these, San Giorgio is my favourite is well.
If you come back to Genoa, there is one new fish place that is worth to be discovered: Alla Lunga, it's in front of Acquarium. Great fresh fish, young talented chef and great price.
