IHG have teamed up with Orange Lake resorts (run by the Wilson family - founders of Holiday Inn) to start a new timeshare brand.

The first opens in December 2008: 2,412 villa resort in Orlando, followed by 3 significantly smaller properties:
- 60 villas in Ascutney VT
- 68 villas in Lake Geneva WI
- 18 villas in Panama City FL

A Holiday Inn Resort hotel will also be built at the Orlando site

The press release also states villas will be marketed via various channels, including Priority Club, and it will be possible to exchange timeshare weeks for nights at IHG hotels.

I picked up a new directory today. From a quick scan, most new hotels are already on the list, but there's a few to be added:

HI Birmingham Bromsgrove - October 2008 (this is the third Pedersen-owned hotel to become an IHG property after CP Reading and CP Ealing; looks like this property has been refurbished recently in a similar manner)

CP Marina Resort Naples Castel Volturno - Spring 2009 (I assume this is a rebrand of existing HI Resort)

Plans here , not very pretty looking but they may tweak the design.

Crown Plaza Montreal Airport
 

Just noticed the Four Points by Sheraton Montreal Airport will soon change banners and become the Crown Plaza Montreal Airport.
Reservations will be available for arrivals after October 30, 2008.
