Received my "Congratulations from IHG Rewards Club" email back on 02/21 - link still doesn't work and no additional followup from IHG or prizelogic.
As another data point a friend received an identical email on 02/21 - the link didn't work initially and they also received no followup correspondence. They were able to use this same link from the email successfully today though to claim their virtual gift card.

I received the Action Required email on January 25 and made my selection, virtual card, within in a few days of then if not that day. I checked the redemption site every few days through last week and kept getting the 6-8 weeks message. Today I called IHG customer care for the first time and they pointed me here:

I was told another 6-8 week wait. I expressed my frustration with the handling of the promotion and said I would be satisfied with points rather than card but there seems to be nothing IHG is empowered to do.
UPDATE: The electronic gift card arrived 4/3, not sure if this is coincidence or online complaint is required. I would suggest draining it all to Amazon as I paid my cell phone bill and an extra $15 was held, haven't seen that before.

completed 2 stays with one 2 night IC stay back in Mid Jan. nothing happened. Emailed, called IHG in Feb. told case reported to someone, wait for 4 weeks to see email. still nothing, called again, IHG said resubmitted case, wait 4 weeks for email. now 4 weeks passed and promotion is over, still nothing. This is a worthless promotion.

I made my virtual card selection on 1/24... I finally called into the Ambassador Service desk last Thursday to inquire about the card, and I was told they'd follow up with the fulfillment side and get back to me within five days. I haven't heard back from them yet, but I finally did get instructions on retrieving the virtual card e-mailed to me this afternoon.
