Just received my "confirmation" email an hour ago informing me that I've qualified for a card and the redemption email will follow shortly. My last stay was January 31st. Unfortunately I registered late (mid-January) so my IC and HI stay from last December don't qualify. Have to settle for a $50 card vs a $100 one.

There had been one in my Spam folder that I used recently; the other one just arrived now.
Your situation happens, we sometimes find out about offers when it's too late (to maximize them).

Win Report
Good Presidents Day weekend to all of the Priceless Players. My wife and I have the IHG with CC and have played "Surprises" and now "Experience". We did not do any stays for "Experience" but I did enter online everyday (movie) for both of us. So far I have won nothing with one weekly drawing left and the "Grand" drawing to go (we are from Chicago) so we expect to win the "Grand". But my wife was a weekly 1st place winner on the week 3 drawing. She diligently followed the instructions to register her "claim" after receiving the win email, and followed up with a inquiry email which was responded to that her "claim" was in order and to expect the prize she requested. So far its been 40 days since ti "claim" and as we all say NADA, but she is hopefull. The "surprises" was fun and did in fact pay off for us with the expected point and two 1 night free certs. Good luck to all, but this was no "surprises", unless the wife gets her prize or we win the Big One.

I also got mine yesterday. It appears that the virtual card can be used same as cash as long as the purchase is made online. The information provided is a card number, expiration date, and a security code.

I hadn't really "experienced" IHG IT systems until now. Qualifying stays the week of Jan 16. Finally posted Feb 4, but somehow the CP stay double posted. Called Feb 8 and was told I qualified for $75 card but needed to wait 2 weeks after posting to expect email for redemption. Called Feb 21 and was told need to check with specialist, then yes, qualified for $50 (3 night HIX stay)
I explained the terms and after getting overshadows for Supv was able to ID double posting as the problem but then started quoting reward value determined by amt paid and started quoting me the folio amounts. I interrupted and said terms said nothing about price. He punted to promotions team and gave me a case number. I was told to expect a call back in 3-5 business days...
I don't stay with IHG often and these opportunities for them to win more nights are actually doing them harm.
