ALL THE URLS AND LINKS IN YOUR EMAILS ARE THE SAME. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO "REPLAY" A GIVEN EMAIL.

Plays are linked to your IHG account number and your IHG link you receive in the email. The links contained are unique to each IHG account number and cannot be "shared".

If you didn't receive all your plays and think that HW might have gotten your email address incorrect, then simply click the link again in your email.

Their email is [email protected].

Quantity of emails received does not always equal quantity of plays available. Emails received does imply that you have plays available.

If you click on your email links and receive a screen with the below message then you do not have plays available.

--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.

--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

--As of 6:00 pm est on 1/22 everything seems to be working as usual(although very few mentions of free night)

Same as the others, on 3/29 I had 3 awards posted

I emailed IHG on 3/30 and got the reply same day.

Thank you for your follow-up email about the Priceless Surprise promotion and being one of our valued IHG Rewards Club Members.

Upon the conclusion of the promotion, there was an influx of concerns regarding this matter. Our Project Coordinators are still reviewing
the details. Please allow more time for this to be handled. Rest assured they are working on it and you will receive what you are due.

Thank you for your continued understanding and please wait for updates via email.

Regards,

I was given 50k points after not receiving one of the ninety-four envelopes. The second time I spoke to him Hello World had claimed they sent 90 emails on a certain date. There was nothing and even funnier it was three days after I mailed them and mail isn't delivered on Sundays. So that means all 94 got there in less then two days (mailed at night around 8pm). The third time I spoke to him he said Hello World claimed they didn't receive any of my submissions. Wait which is it?

I had messaged and called HW and IHG both two days before the day the program expired.
Excellent supervisor that took care of the points missing.. said HelloWorld has dropped the ball and they are embarrassed by the whole fiasco.
He could not see my actual plays and just gave me the same amount I had won in the first 10 plays which is about the same ( I stupidly did not keep track of the wins)

I got the 94 entries each for my wife and I after emailing HelloWorld in early March. My wife's 94 plays got her 55K, and 55.5K points posted shortly thereafter.

My 94 plays got me 59K, but only 39.5K points posted. Emails to HelloWorld and IHG were going nowhere.

I finally DM'd IHG on Twitter and got a response in 20 mins crediting the missing 19.5K points to my account as "goodwill".

DH and I both sent 94 entries each. I received 85 emails for a total of 53,000 points. He got 57 emails for 35,000 points. Still nothing posted. We wrote a list of our "prizes" as we went, having fun rolling a die to choose the elevator door. Nothing has posted to our accounts as of yet. DH must have called IHG this am because now my account is "locked" due to concern of my violating "Terms and Conditions." Has anyone else experienced this?

Nope, he did not call (I had asked him to inquire). I was able to access a few days ago to check for points but now my account is locked.

IHG has been known to lock accounts for random reasons. Did you use booking codes with past stays? Is this a virgin account or one with lots of points on it?

If you used the same address and/or phone number as your spouse, it could have been flagged as a duplicate account.

Just opened the account recently, and I have no activity on it yet. It does have the same address as my husband's account. I will have to call and check on the situation.

Free nights

Hi, I won a free night, but it never showed up. I contacted IHG, and they are asking for an email, which I never received. Has any of you got that email after you won the free night?

I have the screen shot, but they insisted the email. Really frustrated.

I had gotten 94 entries and the points won were over 50,000. However, only 1000 points have been credited to my account so far. My e-mails were in January so it has been several months. I have contacted Hello World many times and i have contacted IHG several times. Seems like i have been a bouncing ball between them. Hello World keeps telling me to go talk to IHG. IHG keeps telling me to go talk to Hello World. I am just tired now. I would appreciate it so much if someone can please tell me who to complain to.

Thanks.

A few posts back I posted about getting a supervisor that was posted even earlier in this thread who took care of my missing points within minutes.
Let me go check post #3359

I was in this situation, as was my brother. They never sent emails; it was yet another violation of the rules. Call IHG during normal business hours, ask to speak to a supervisor, and if s/he refuses to load your free night while you're on the phone, ask to be escalated up to the next level. We were successful with this (2 free nights each) but I'd have the corporate phone number for Six Continents Hotels in Atlanta handy in case you need to conference corporate HQ in. Don't delay, and don't take "we'll get back to you".

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone waste even five seconds dealing with HelloWorld, inc. That company WAS the contest administrator, but is no longer the contest administrator; responsibility now lies with the Sponsor, Six Continents Hotels aka IHG.

Even though my family won several free nights, I agree justcome-- very frustrating indeed.
