ALL THE URLS AND LINKS IN YOUR EMAILS ARE THE SAME. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO "REPLAY" A GIVEN EMAIL.

Plays are linked to your IHG account number and your IHG link you receive in the email. The links contained are unique to each IHG account number and cannot be "shared".

If you didn't receive all your plays and think that HW might have gotten your email address incorrect, then simply click the link again in your email.

Their email is [email protected].

Quantity of emails received does not always equal quantity of plays available. Emails received does imply that you have plays available.

If you click on your email links and receive a screen with the below message then you do not have plays available.

STATUS:
--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.

--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.

--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time

--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.

--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins

--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.

--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

--As of 6:00 pm est on 1/22 everything seems to be working as usual(although very few mentions of free night)

--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/25 seems like daily emails have been sent out since 1/18 until now.

--As of 6pm EST on 1/29 reports of emails being received from mailed in entries from around mid January. So turnaround for new mailings appear to be about 1 week.

I am interested in this question also - if using a card opened after 11/15 disqualifies you.

"Due to the overwhelmingly positive response and participation in the IHG and MasterCard® Priceless Surprises®.Promotion, we are resolving a minor delay in delivering Instant Win game plays. there is no way for them to know when you opened the card..as long as the number match up to any cards currently avail

I thought so... Perhaps it would only be an issue if a larger prize was one and there was some type of verification of eligibility. ?

my only worry would be if your brand new mastercard has some weird 6 digits number that is one of a kine and only came out after the promo started..

plays on 01/20 posted to accounts. Nothing on 01/21 and onward.

As expected, they do not count towards elite qualifying pts - loophole was plugged after someone posted here, again as expected despite the poster rudely disagreed.

No new email today. I have only 2 outstanding plays from entries in Dec. But husband has 30 outstanding plays. 2 batches sent a week ago probably would take 2 more weeks before seeing play emails. I just hope husband's account catches up by then.

I doubt there was ever such a "loophole," despite the claim made here.

Yes, points posting lately seems to be strange.

My account: Points posted today appear to be from 1/21 wins, but no points posted yet from wins on morning or afternoon of 1/19 ("glitch day").

Wife's account: Points posted today appear to be from 1/21 wins, but no points posted yet from wins on afternoon of 1/19; however, points from wins on morning of 1/19 posted back on 1/21.

Is that pretty certain? I ask because I could mail new ones with correct account numbers. I wasn't so worried until everyone is reporting getting so many emails this week, for entries sent in much later than ours.
Did you actually register for the promotion before mailing the entries?
OMG... I'm so glad I "wasted" so much time reading the past 30 pages or so of this thread...

I forgot to REGISTER before sending my index cards in... but at least I did it a couple days afterward.

Would have wasted $50 otherwise. Whew...

I mailed as follows:
12/7 25 entries
12/9 10 entries
1/14 59 entries

I received emails as follows:
1/13 - 8 separate emails - each won 500 pts. Posted to account 1/15
1/21 - 1 email - but I was able to click on the link for a total of 19 times - 2 were 1,000 pts, 17 were 500 - posted to account 1/25
1/23 - 1 email - 500 pts Not yet posted
1/24 - 1 email - able to click on link twice - 1 for 500 pt, 1 for 5,000 pt - Not yet posted

I checked my Spam, and no emails have ended up there. So it seems that the number of emails received, at least for me, is not correlating with the number of entries available to me.

I have mailed 30 for my husband (10 on 1/15, 20 on 1/22) - no emails received yet.

Sent 10 on January 5th. Received 8 e-mails overnight.

7 x 500 and 1 x 1000.

For all the people worried about the Mastercard, I didn't have a US-registered one and used my brother-in-law's first 6 digits. As I've pointed out upstream, it really doesn't much matter since you can't individually identify anybody from 6 digits. At most, those digits identify a Mastercard and probably the bank issuing the card.

Just checked into my first IHG property of the year, and had 34 more emails come through. I know they aren't related in anyway, but still made me laugh a little bit.
