ALL THE URLS AND LINKS IN YOUR EMAILS ARE THE SAME. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO "REPLAY" A GIVEN EMAIL.

Plays are linked to your IHG account number and your IHG link you receive in the email. The links contained are unique to each IHG account number and cannot be "shared".

If you didn't receive all your plays and think that HW might have gotten your email address incorrect, then simply click the link again in your email.

Their email is [email protected].

Quantity of emails received does not always equal quantity of plays available. Emails received does imply that you have plays available.

If you click on your email links and receive a screen with the below message then you do not have plays available.

I haven't had any issues with my entries. I sent 18 envelopes and received 13,500 points.

Sent out on 1/25, 1/27, 1/28 and 2/1 and received game plays on 2/3, 2/5, 2/8, and 2/9.

This is a really great promo. I hope that everyone is playing fairly and not taking advantage so that IHG will continue to offer these free point opportunities

Sent a total of 94 envelopes in four different batches, from 12/16 to 12/23 and am still missing 35 entries. You would think they should have processed these by now.

Emailed Helloworld on Saturday and again on Monday and today, but have not heard back.

Anyone else missing entries from December? Time is running out and not sure if I should mail an additional 35 which would all be 500pts each.

So, to answer your question...Yes, it is worth it (and not too late) to mail in entries. However, make sure to mail no later than Saturday (better yet, Friday) due to the holiday on Monday. As noted above, you have until 3/15 to complete all game plays.

I mailed 30 yesterday and going to mail the last batch on Thursday.
Thanks. I thought I had read the ending date as Feb 29th, not Mar 15th.

I received all 94 emails. It took about one week after mailing (from California) to get the emails, and it seems to be taking about a week for points to post.

Totals:
3 2,000 points
2 1,000 points
89 500 points

It just occurred to me that I haven't received a play for a January 29th stay that posted to my account on February 3.

I'm now at 48+ hrs since mailing HW via the FAQ, with only automated responses to show for it.

I mailed in 20 entries that hit the post-man(person) on Feb. 3rd. I received 19 email entries the morning of Feb. 10th. I don't think I'll email a complaint about the 1 missing entry... you folks agree???

Here are my results:
500pts x 14 = 7,000pts
1,000pts x 4 = 4,000pts
5,000pts x 1 = 5,000pts

Total for 20 mailings (19 entries) = 16,000pts

I'll be mailing in the remaining 74 entries (probably do a few extras to account for "lost in the mail") before this weekend.

honestly, I would probably just email them and ask them where your missing entries are that you mailed back in december and they will most likely credit you up to 94 entries

Uh ...

Emailing for five or 10 missing entries is one thing; claiming 74 entries went AWOL at HelloWorld is a huge stretch.

I hear you, and it's tempting. But honestly, on my end..., I bought a roll of 100 stamps and if I don't use them for this promotion then I literally never will. Before this I was sitting on 4 "forever stamps" that I've had for literally 5 years. So really all I have to do is write a few note cards and I won't have to "cheat" the system.

But it is tempting.....
