My two free nights from that promo are no longer showing in my account either. They were there as recently as a week or two ago when I last looked.

Edit: I called in about another issue. The woman at the Rewards Line said that they are having a system issue but that she could still see the 2 free nights in my account. If I need to book with a room with one of those nights I will need to call in to have them booked until they fix the "system issue".

FWIW I used all 4 of my ITN promo nights without issue (before this 'glitch'). Two showed up unexpectly, two were a result of the promotion.

so you got two free, i heard a lot of others enjoyed multiple free nights also, yet another example of marvelous inept IHG management in action again, they can't get the IT right, nor their audit.

Maybe they should ask their Independent Directors on their audit committee to look into it.

Anyone else able to convert their certificates into 50k points?

I'm having no problems booking nights using ITTN.

One of my Gold Ambassador friends who also participated in this promotion received both the 50,000pts and 2 nights.

He booked 2 nights at an IC at the end of 2015, and when I asked him he told me the reservation still stands.

Is it possible the reservation will get cancelled ? If i recalled, he already booked flight tickets.

So, I lurk here and never post, but I got a bit lucky and was wondering if anyone else had seen this.

After I used my Into the Nights rewards nights at the IC in Washington DC a few weeks ago, I had points post to my account for those nights as a qualified stay.

It wasn't a ton of points, but I was obviously surprised. Has anyone else seen this?

Aren't incidental spending points on award stays qualifying? If you mean that those nights added to your nights counter, award nights always do.

I had no incidental spending. I paid zero dollars for anything at the hotel, and I was awarded points as if I had paid money for the nights I stayed. I looked at the invoice and it looks like a fee is charged to IHG Club from the hotels for these nights, and somehow, even though I did not pay the amount, I was awarded the points and platinum bonus for the amount charged. Totally weird.

As a point of reference, I also used my chase reward night at the same hotel as part of the same visit. I did not receive any points for that night, as is normal.

That is why I posted the question here. I wondered if this is another glitch associated with this particular promotion that others may have experienced.
