Received chemo, appearance changed, will I have a problem to travel?
I lost my hair due to chemo a few months ago. Normally, I do not wear a wig, and just use a beanie.
I will be flying domestically, will I have a problem using my driver license which was taken before I had chemo.
Also, I got my Global Entry two months ago, I had a wig on when the photo was taken, will I have problem if I travel with a beanie? and if my hair grow back, it will not be similar to my wig, do I need to get another Global Entry card? TIA.

The handful of people -- including some rather young children -- whom I've known to fly internationally after a change of appearance of sort due to such medical treatment have been able to fly without issue over their identity when dealing with the TSA and CBP .... including when dealing with the Global Entry kiosks. I wouldn't suggest wasting any time getting a new GE card over hair loss, as there are other ways to better spend time than try to deal with that kind of situation. GE will work on your face and/or fingers with or without hair on the head, and even if the kiosks fail to work, your GE status will still get you through the passport control/customs function faster on average.
Hair and hair styles can change and it's usually not a problem in my experience. If the driving license change is quick, cheap and easy, maybe I would consider it; however, I would most probably not do anything about that either. Trying to get a GE card with a different appearance of sort? I wouldn't waste my time on that under just about any circumstances.

My wife had no problems on an international trip earlier this year in exactly that situation. Neither did another woman in that situation whom we met on that trip. Both generally wore a scarf on their heads. A few people asked my wife to take hers off. Some of them backed off when she explained why she wore it. Once or twice she had to take it off, but there was still no problem boarding her flight or whatever it was.

I'm at the tail end of my 10 year passport validity, and I had a bit more hair 10 years ago than I do now (male pattern balding). Started routinely shaving my head 4-5 years ago. Only place that has ever commented on my hair change was entry immigration in Cambodia, where the agent processing my arrival visa remarked how the guy in the picture was doing better than the person standing in front of him. I would not be concerned at all.
Best wishes with your treatment.
