Basically all the airport hotels...
The airport is not "Central Delhi".

There are thousands of hotels in Delhi, many of them in central Delhi, at every price range. You should not have a problem finding one without having to stay in Aerocity.

Admittedly there are many tourist attractions not far from the airport (if that's what you are there for), including Mehrauli archeological park, Tughlaqabad fort, Hauz Khas, and of course Qutb MInar.

I mentioned aerocity because there are highly rated hotels there whereas the highly rated ones mentioned in this thread in central Delhi are out of my price range for the dates.

Can you recommend additional hotels in central Delhi?

Take a look at the Sheraton & Hilton Garden Inn in Saket. Both should be priced better than the ones you have mentioned above.

"Central Delhi"?

I have liked staying at the Ambassador, great location and reasonable rooms. Price varies, with their own web page sometimes offering significant discounts or package deals. It's not one of those featureless international brands (although admittedly it is part of an Indian franchise).

More central than Aerocity & given the fact that you will require a car no matter where you stay, Saket is a decent option.

Ended up staying at the Sheraton New Delhi in Saket and thought it was great overall. The room seemed to be recently renovated, it was spotlessly clean, the shower was amazing, and the staff was efficient and very competent.

I stayed in both the Le Meridien Delhi and the Andaz Delhi Aerocity. I much preferred the Le Meridien. It had multiple restaurants to choose from and a lovely breakfast spread. It also had an avg size exec lounge with avg food. It was nicely located near the things to see in Delhi. The Andaz has only one restaurant and a teeny tiny exec lounge. However the Andaz food was def a step up from the Le Meridien, but there were no seats at all. Standing and eating/drinking just takes away the experience. Got upgraded to suites at both properties, Le Meridien's was on the older side but beautiful. Andaz is new and modern, but the "runway" view rooms do allow much plane noise and rumblings. Not good for sleep. Service at both properties was exceptional.

Hi All - Any suggestions in Delhi for hotels with two-bedroom / two-bath styled rooms?

(like a Hyatt House in the USA).

With respect to Location in Delhi - somewhere Central for basic sightseeing for a couple of days.
I did notice a Hyatt Residence in Aerocity.....but that seems far away for sightseeing.

Thank you for any thoughts.

I was there last week. I found Aerocity to be too far for daily sightseeing. However, if you are going to do all your sightseeing in 1 day, then it won't be so bad.

Hotels In DEL

Any recommendations for best 5 star hotels in the DEL area?

Also, would love any feedback on itineraries within India (not limited to DEL). Thanks!

Taj Palace is a very good convention hotel and shouldn’t take you too long to reach Connaught Place (city center) Otherwise I would check out the Leela Palace. Taj at Mansingh would be another option very close to India Gate
