Bless them, it sounds like, true to form this year, the penny is falling the customer's way again -- e.g., Gold Passport "erring" on the generous side. As gg would say, "^ (etc.)".

Mine said the same thing - perhaps we both have someone who knows too much about Hyatt - whereas the lucky people have perhaps encountered less well trained agents.
2-If the program was targeted to others isn't it unethical for others to try to gain from that program? Either Hyatt or not, many of us gripe about those who try to get miles/points from bizarre means. While I would like to gain 5 more stays as I have had them during this promotion, I am not sure if that accumulation is worth my personal values. Aside: I guess seeing a rental car post specifically asking for a "USAA rental car code" which I've earned made upset. But if I am very naive, just tell me and I will call to gain (un)deserved credits as numerous have aready claimed to have done. |
So are current diamonds getting this 2X stay promo??

How do I enroll for this Diamond 2x stay promo?

Of course, if Hyatt had only announced their June promo already, we probably wouldn't be bickering now, would we. |
Well. This is not like lying who your employee is to use the corp code you are not entitled to. We can only sign up the promo only if GP allows us to. You just need to ask if you are eligible. A mistake it may be or not, it's not our responsibility. Maybe GP decided to extend this to all DIA anyway?

Csufabel has just as much right to say whatever he/she feels on this board - despite her/his affilliation with the beleaguered Cal State University system! It's refreshing to have a voice of conscience. As a matter of fact, I'm just waiting for the "I cant sign up for the promo I wasn't supposed to get in the first place, WAAHH!!!" thread.
