I was unable to check out on the app today. The room charges also showed $0 in the app but there were charges to my room when I manually checked out in person. I cannot remember the last time I actually checked out in person. This is ridiculous for a company of this size with so many customer interactions.
As a side note, I checked into a Hilton today and they have a feature to unlock the room from the app remotely without physically touching the lock. Hyatt needs to not only get the basic tech working, they need to catch up!
