The points are probably from the double/triple point promo that recently ended. Makes sense since you had a stay recently so the time frame works out.

Did you stay on an award night at any of the below hotels over the last several months?

Thank you for this reminder! I had a stay at the Hyatt Centric Milan in October and should have gotten 3.000 points back. I totally forgot to check, whether I had received the points back until your post. The points were missing and it took some back and forth with the Concierge team to get them credited. But now they have arrived. ^
