I got this in the mail - pleasant surprise! I also did 100+ nights last year. Is everyone else LTG that got this or was that not a factor?

I'm surprised companies still do these things in the internet age. Before, if someone was left out, they had no idea. But now, for every person made happy, probably five or ten are mad because they read about it online but received nothing.
I've had three or four 200-night years with Hyatt but have never received so much as a Christmas card.

Honestly, can't people be happy that Hyatt is going above and beyond, that you might not be targeted now but maybe in the future you might be pleasently surprise? Or be gracious and congratulate others that were fortunate? Instead of who got the biggest suite, who spent the most, who spent the least for requalification... Who am I kidding nyah nyah got mine in the mail too

If you didn't get either, then consider the possibility that they really don't want your business very much and wouldn't mind it if you moved somewhere else. Yes, they do keep "files" on all Globalists and I know for certain some of us are wanted a lot more than others. How much you complain, what you complain about, how much $$ you spend on average per night, whether you bring in corporate business via your employees staying at Hyatt, how much ancillary revenue you bring in, how many points you buy (via Chase transfers, etc.) are all factored into the value of the relationship. Every big successful company does this....

I don't think there's a set criteria..... I highly suspect the Concierges play a role. I got a nice package from mine for Christmas. I suspect that IF you got a gift package for Christmas THEN you probably won't get a gift card now. But there's probably some exceptions to that rule too.

I don’t recall complaining to Hyatt once in the past decade.
