Holiday Gift Basket from My Hyatt Concierge
I have been a Lifetime Globalist for a few years. I was also invited to the “My Hyatt Concierge” pilot program. Ever since I was invited, I have received a gift basket from my concierge every Christmas. Is this standard operating procedure for Lifetime Globalists?

Perhaps I got a gift basket. USPS tried to deliver something on December 17 while I was away for the holidays. It it was a fruit basket, it's gonna be in terrible shape when I return on January 7.

82 nights this year, 4th year as a Diamond/Globalist, no basket, but I'll take the trade off that my concierge is awesome, which seems to be not the norm based on FT comments

Sadly I have never had a personal relationship with my concierge... think I lost the introduction e-mail several years back in a different e-mail account. Usually GOH line is good enough for most tasks.
