Holiday Gift Basket from My Hyatt Concierge
I have been a Lifetime Globalist for a few years. I was also invited to the “My Hyatt Concierge” pilot program. Ever since I was invited, I have received a gift basket from my concierge every Christmas. Is this standard operating procedure for Lifetime Globalists? |

I just received a gift basket from my concierge this past week. Not Lifetime Globalist. Was assigned a concierge this year.

Not a LT glob but received one every year. I think it depends on your Concierge.
I did get a fruit basket one year while on a trip and found it mostly rotten. |

LT globalist but in Australia so doubt I will get anything. Though my concierge is fabulous!

First year with a concierge and just got a tower of boxes delivered with a variety of individually wrapped cookies. All are a little stale, but still grateful nonetheless.

Perhaps I got a gift basket. USPS tried to deliver something on December 17 while I was away for the holidays. It it was a fruit basket, it's gonna be in terrible shape when I return on January 7.

82 nights this year, 4th year as a Diamond/Globalist, no basket, but I'll take the trade off that my concierge is awesome, which seems to be not the norm based on FT comments

78 nights so far this year, 12 years Diamond/Globalist and nothing received from my Concierge.

Sadly I have never had a personal relationship with my concierge... think I lost the introduction e-mail several years back in a different e-mail account. Usually GOH line is good enough for most tasks.
