Yes, and I miss J D. So far, J L and I don't seem to understand each other. What is your experience?

My WoH Concierge recently told me that due to the recent influx of new Globalists (e.g. from the BILT promo as an example), there will likely be a delay in assigning concierges to newly minted 60-nights Globalists. YMMV

Maybe they got a bunch of people that decided to stay 60 since they had globalist, I know I did. I didn't get assigned a concierge for 1.5 months after my 60th night. I had to call and they finally got me one.

I feel lucky reading some of these stories. I’ve been a globalist for 5 years straight with the same concierge and it’d be hard to imagine my overall hyatt experience without her.
from automatically signing me up to promotions to suite upgrades, GoH bookings, she’s been fantastic |
I haven't heard from my concierge in many months - one might think they would have some sort of alert that shows I'm not on track to renew or that I have been staying more frequently with Hyatt in recent months to facilitate some sort of showing of personal outreach (for marketing purposes), but alas, nothing.
Even the automated promo sign-up emails just sign off when a generic "WoH Concierge" - that's easily an automated system, so I don't credit my concierge with that. |

My WoH Concierge has been assisting me with applying TSU to combined cash rate and award stays, plus other matters needing interaction with the hotels. I also like that members of her team have stepped in to help her out whenever she is either too busy or is out of the office.
I am very pleased to be working with my WoH Concierge and as I am closing in on 60 nights for 2023, I am looking forward to another year of working with her :tu: |

My gut told me since JD was so GOOD that Hyatt only wanted to have her work with those that really matter to its bottom line and thusly pawned off the bottom fish to JL+ |

If U dont mind, can I ask if your husband earned most of his 60 nights by paying for the hotels in $$ or via CC spend and award nights. My DH got Globalist mainly off of CC spend and award nights with just a handful of inexpensive stays (when it didnt make sense to use pts due to the really cheap rates) and we werent happy campers when we told JD wasnt ours any longer but JL is.

What kind of service are most people expecting. I just got mine after 1.5 month delay. So she told me her hours and if I email during those hours, I get a reply back fairly quickly. I used 3 suite upgrade certs and she applied them for me after each email. Once I had another issue, so I called the Concierge line and another person took care of it for me. On the initial email, I was asked if she wanted me for her to sign up for all promotions she sees come out.

Mine has been great. I got Globalist last year. She has been super helpful on a number of bookings. A couple of times I've used her for TSU. She helped resolve an issue with valet parking at a hotel that damaged my car. She has also been great at helping secure connecting rooms for stays with my family where its not possible online to get connecting rooms (unlike Hilton).

Mostly paid stays - although he has the CC, it’s not worth putting a ton of spend on it for us.
