Parlour Room is an American thing, it seems, where rather than being a true suite with separate living and bedroom they simply connect two standard rooms. Sometimes one is designed as a living room and the bedroom is a standard hotel room (HR Sarasota) other times it is literally two indentical standard rooms (HR Waikiki).
The OP appears to state it is the former, however they have brought in a roll away.
In no way is this acceptable - It's not what you reserved and it's definitely not an upgrade.
As others have stated duty managers rotate shifts over a 24 hour period. There will definitely be one to complain to.
If I was in your situation I would go to a different hotel, perform a cc chargeback and email Hyatt Consumer Affairs.

They didn't have the room you booked available, or even, any acceptable room at all. Plus, no assistance in rebooking? This is worse than being walked; you're being turned away despite have a reservation.
