Interestingly tried to use a suite upgrade but although the Hyatt rep could see availability he couldn't book it. Apparently not accepting upgrades until 15th November.

Globalist, SPG/Marriott Plat and Hilton Gold...and can't really decide where to stay, was set on Andaz until category came out...anxiously awaiting some reviews for this property

If they move up the reservation date again (they did it once about a month ago), TSUs will be applicable from that date.
They are still moving very slowly, no real photos, etc.
They finally fixed the award points indication on the reservation page this past week to correctly show 25,000 pts for a free night and 12,500 pts for P&C.

Their website is now indicating:
Restaurants opening on 26th October 2017, and stays from 15th November 2017
So I guess that is the "opening" stated in the interview with the GM.

There are no some user pics on TripAdvisor of what is most likely a standard king room. Looks like a very nice bathroom area and a rather compact sleeping area, which is our space allotment preference for a mid-size (38 m2) room. The image photos the hotel has been using for all room types seem likely to be for a junior suite.
