Confirmations going to wrong Email

My GP account has a personal email address. When they are sending me confirmations after a call to a reservation agent it is going to my work account instead. I imagine that once upon a time I used my work account for some interaction but I've been using my personal account for year. Also when I wrote recently to request a personal line agent the response went to my work email although I sent the email from the personal account. Is this common?

I have the same issue except that the only Hyatt communications that go to the "old" email address are reservation-related emails.

What does your online profile show? If it is the personal email then just call the GP line and ask them why it's going to another email address and I'm sure they can correct it.

Yep, shows the personal email. I'll give them a call. Just wondered if anyone else is having the same experience.

I think Hyatt is having issues with updating their database with the correct information after anyone has changed any of their personal details.

I show my preference as King Bed, High Floor on the website (It was changed couple of months ago). But whenever I check in to the hotel it always shows Double Beds, Low floor.
