Could be both - some properties Gx are "seasonal", others run pretty much constantly and the website just have not been updated.

All Ohio properties are still only showing April-May G Bonuses.

I've noticed the disappearance of G bonuses myself at Hyatt Place's and Summerfield's I frequent. This is the ultimate program devaluation, as G bonuses account for approximately 30% of the total points earned if not more. I can't say that I didn't see this coming.

The last time Gx expired - many dropped off but was actually in the system (my MR property HR CVG) and was added by CS. I have a feeling that its the same thing this time that the website is simply not updated.

I'm beginning to wonder if they will bring new Gx bonuses. Have some stays in june and it would be helpful, since that is what one of the best parts of Hyatt Gold Passport (and they should keep them especially considering the recent devaluation).

Can GPConcierge comment on whether or not we will be getting new bonuses for stays this month?

Thanks

Well, the Mt Laurel NJ HP chose not to renew the G1 bonus past May 31, so I canceled my stay there tonight. Sheraton has a very generous deal going on right now

Will they be updating the list wholesale soon? A sparse amount of properties currently have G codes beyond May

Is it easy to have a new G code added to a booking I make today without it?
CS is good about adding the codes to your stay - sometimes post departure (as I was able to do last week).

I'm on the fence with booking a room for tonight at HR CLE. They had a G2 through 05/31 but I have no idea if that's still valid or not.

Hello FTers,

As of currently we are in the process of updating goldpassport.com with all of the hotels who will still be offering the Gx bonuses. I realize that many of you are eager to keep earning those bonuses and we would like to apologize for the delay. As of currently only the North American properties are left to be updated. We are working as fast as we can to get this updated and out to all of our lovely Gold Passport members. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Sincerly,
Chrissi R.

It's nice to 'meet' the new concierges. I just made two reservations (one East Coast and one West Coast) and saw some Gx bonuses good through August 31st, 2010. Not sure if these are new or not, but not all bonuses expire May 31st in case anyone skims this thread and waits to make a reservation.

To the Gold Passport Concierge(s), might I suggest that the next "major" round of updates be completed a couple of weeks before the expiration of this round (Aug 31 - so if the updates are done by Aug 15 or so) so we don't run into this problem again (this is at least the 2nd time that the major updates were not done until after the previous "set" expires). Hyatt and its affiliated properties could be losing some business this way.

I'm aware of the situation in the past where people have complained that prior Gx bonuses disappeared when updates are done - perhaps those that are actually going away can be left up with the "old" expiration dates while continuing ones get updated (most properties are in this category anyways).

+1, I know personally of quite a few people, myself included, who are not making stays this weekend due to lack of updated G bonuses.
