I just booked Dec 9-13, thru aa.com. I don't know who I'm going with but a name had to be entered for 2nd person. Does it matter if that's who I show up with? I have never gone all inclusive, so maybe the 2nd person matters(?)

Do you really think it is "all-inclusive" ?
The AA voucher uses that term,
whereas the skoosh did not.

LastMinuteTravel.com

$9.25 per night on LastMinuteTravel.com Search by lowest price and you'll see the 5* garden view room... LastMinuteTravel.com is the sister site of EasyClickTravel.com

SEARCH FOR 1 PERSON or you will get a higher rate. Also, there are low priced options for even higher priced rooms such as an Ocean FRONT room ($39.31). Again, search for 1 person.

question: if you search for 1 person and book for 1 person - how do you get food for the companion?

That is a logical answer indeed ))) Usually such places quote per person based on double occupancy. Are you using miles for airline ticket or paying for it? I looked on expedia during Thanksgiving from LAX price is about $700.

That's what I paid for a week on AA.com. Lower pricing is for elites.

For those looking for airfares during holiday periods, you might check booking into La Paz (LAP). About 100 miles away.

Also available using SkyMiles via SkyMiles Marketplace. 3996 miles per night. Not as great as AA But you can use as few as 1000 miles plus $80 for a weeklong stay, so that's not too bad...

Thanks for clarifying. What are you doing for airfare? AA takes 25K this time of the year. For date in October - nonstop from LAX $139 one way plus taxes over 100$!! - comes out to $390

Nothing yet. I'm going to give this a week to see if my new bookings are honored. Skoosh canceled my bookings last night.

Flights between LAX and Cabo are usually sub $300/rt. You might keep an eye on pricing during the week. Good airfare deals are hard to find on weekends.
