Didn't even have to pre-order. The Mrs. on recent JFK/HK flight just asked the FA and she came over with one. Easy as ordering a drink after take-off

My personal experiences are rigid to go for International sim cards like XXSIM the offers free incoming calls almost .Try to have a comparison as much as possible and take a connections,Many cheaters are out there,,happy journey

how is the pccw tourist sim card activated? Need one for my mobile wifi router. but that has different sim format than my mobile.

Just insert into your mobile and turn on will do. Do not need activation.
