Right now, we're booked in the standard lagoon view suites on points.
The Polynesian buffet was fine. The best part was the fresh tuna they had a person cutting off the real fish in front of you. They limited what you could take on your plate at one time, but you could keep going back as much as you wanted. I dont remember the rest tbh, the tuna was the best part.

We just arrived and great news! The free American breakfast is now back for gold and diamond members (or you can choose 1K bonus points per stay instead).

Wow, that didn't take long! I saw they were getting roasted on Trip Advisor and Google reviews over the breakfast credit so maybe that played into it, or Hilton corporate told them to knock it off. Is the option to take the credit still there or did they do away with the credit completely? Also, are they limiting what you can get at the breakfast buffet, like no warm items etc.? If so, what is the charge to upgrade to the full deal.

Great to hear. Just booked our 6 nights for 2025, let's see if it sticks around that long.....hahahaha.

As for the 1000 points, should be included for diamond members.

I am going at the end of this month. hoping for a diamond upgrade but looks like they are pretty busy with limited # of rooms available.

Do you have a menu?

The American breakfast (thats what they are calling it) that is free for Diamond and Gold now is great - it includes the buffet (all items including fresh crepes made to order), lattes, iced coffee, juices, etc plus items from a separate menu like waffles, French toast, egg dishes, etc. No extra charge except for alcohol and some speciality drinks is my understanding.

Im Gold and they said if I dont choose the breakfast, then I get 1K in points (no other/additional credit provided). Of course, we choose breakfast.

I'm going at the end of this month too and also hoping for an upgrade but a little skeptical given how booked up they are. I asked the concierge for restaurant menus and they sent me the April schedule with QR codes to each of the current menus. I don't have all the links handy right now but if you email [email protected] they will send it to you.

Do you have any activities planned yet? We signed up for the Manta Ray tour on Monday morning, April 29. They need a minimum of 4 people and we are the only two signed up so far. Hoping someone else will join us, hint hint, lol. The naturalist does the talk on Wednesday nights at Iriati bar and we plan to check that out too.

I booked a snorkeling tour and a ski jet tour but with viator. We get there on Tuesday 30th, though.

We used Viator for our Lagoon Service full day tour and booked our pontoon boat rental direct with La Plage. Well be there until 5/2.

thought about the pontoon rental too. Think you have to take the Conrad shuttle as they dont pick up. Conrad now only has 2 free slots daily.

That is correct. We are doing a 6 hour rental. La Plage is picking us up from the 8am shuttle boat and dropping us back off for the 4pm shuttle. Already reserved those shuttle spots through the concierge.

Anyone who has stayed here recently, how far in advance did you receive any paid upgrade offers and if you were upgraded, when did it show up in the app? We're less than two weeks from our stay and we haven't even received any paid offers yet. Do I need to contact them about it?

Great, thank you so much for the data point. Hotel looks pretty booked up during our stay but hoping for an upgrade at least a few of our 9 nights.

Good. Let this be known to all of you that those surveys you get e-mailed after a stay and public reviews really do work! Especially at prestigious properties who desperately care about their image.
