Zip Checkout Problems?

In the past few weeks I've had very little success with getting my folio under the door. While not a huge deal, it seems like I need to plan an extra 10-15 minutes in the morning to checkout, which really stinks. I've gotten all kinds of excuses about "not fitting under the door" or "we don't know, sorry". This all seemed to start about the time that I began using the online checkin. But since I stopped using it, thinking that was the problem, I'm still not getting the folios.

Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Do you need them for your expense report? If so, do you need the hotel's "official" copy or would one printed from hilton's e-folio system do? I've been hurried out of a hotel once or twice and had to pick it up from the efolio system, which I feel is as good as a faxed copy anyways.

Thats about all I can think of, other than seeing if they can generate one for you at checkin.
