I've trawled through and I can't see anything concrete - so apologies if this is redundant, but I note there was a period last year where PR13CB would post as a qualifying rate, but that this was a glitch.
Can we say with 90% confidence that the rate will not count for qualifying stays/nights/points?

Hilton doubletree discount rate!
Hi guys
Can anyone shed some light on PR11PN , allows 40% discount on hilton for UK public sector workers , now heres the thing , im getting an unbelieveable rate on hilton amsterdam but im afraid if i book and pay when i get there they will ask for more money or something ,
not sure about using it should I go ahead
its the doubletree hilton amsterdam central

i completely agree with you, with one little difference.....sometimes things are never looked at due to status....
Ie, i have used many, let may say again, many codes without 1 issue. As is the case with almost everyone out there. In the name of effeciency, checkin is expedited for people with status. I may be mistaken, but i think it does help.
Still, most people deem it worth the risk regardless!!!
